The Investigation Department held the next online reception of citizens
On August 18, deputy minister Ya. Abdulkhakov held another online personal reception. He heard appeals from citizens living in Sirdarya and Samarkand regions.
During the reception, two citizens, in their appeals, asked for assistance in the case of dissatisfaction with the non-reimbursement of material damage, and one appeal referred to dissatisfaction with the incomplete investigation.
An explanation was provided for 1 of the received appeals, one was positively resolved on the spot, and one was directed to execution due to the need for additional investigation. The execution was monitored separately by the leadership of the Investigation Department.
