A person who kept a narcotic substance was identified in Kokan city
On June 2, during a quick event conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department officers of the city's DIA, G'.Sh., who was standing in front of a store on Turkistan Street, was inspected with the participation of impartial people. The officers found a "Hashish" narcotic substance in his pants pocket and took it as material evidence.
In this regard, the Investigation Department of the DIA of Kokan city initiated a criminal case under Article 276, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, and investigations are undertaken.
We remind you that the person who commits the crime specified in part 1 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code might be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 3 years.
