Women are getting social and financial assistance and their issues are being studied
In the first quarter of this year, the Department of Women's Affairs of the DIA of Surkhandarya region, Shurchi district Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Family and Women of Shurchi district studied the living conditions and problems of three women returning from the prison. They were provided with financial and professional assistance according to their interests.
The officials also got acquainted with the work process of women working in "Maftuna Shurchi" LLC, located in the 3rd sector of Shurchi district. At the initiative of the district police department, 15 unemployed women from needy families included in the "Women's Book" and "Youth Book" were trained in sewing and are currently working in the company.
